Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

Warm your stomach and soul with this tasty oatmeal. This dish is wonderful in any season since you can add whatever fruit is in season, even canned or frozen fruit will work! Mix in the fruit with the oatmeal or lay fruit slices on top before baking. Serve with yogurt, milk, or enjoy it on its own.

Baked oatmeal is easy to make and great for busy mornings. Alter the fruit and spices to your preferences! If it’s summer and you don’t want something too hot, add extra milk for some “warm cereal.” Don’t sleep on this one, it’s bound to become a family favorite.
