This cobbler is the perfect dessert with any savory dinner.

- 3 C. Berries
- 2 tbsp Sugar
Cake Topping
- 3/4 C. Flour
- 1 TBSP Baking Powder
- 3/4 C. Sugar
- 3/4 C. Milk
- 6 tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Demerara Sugar to sprinkle on top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Toss berries and sugar together in a bowl then pour the berries into a 9-in pie dish.
In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Pour the mixture over the berries.
Top the flour mixture with Demerara sugar.
Bake at 350 for 50-65 minutes or until gold and bubble.
Notes
Give the cobbler a little shake before taking it out of the oven. If it jiggles, it isn’t done baking, so bake for additional 5-10 minutes.
