2 C. Rolled Oats
1 C. Rolled Wheat Berries
1 C. Chopped Pecans
1 C. Maple Syrup
1. C. Dried Fruit
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cover large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the dried fruit and press onto the cookie sheet.
Bake for 30-40 minutes stirring halfway through. Leave to cool for 8-12 hours.
Use a wooden spoon or metal spatula to break into pieces and scoop into airtight container.
Keep for two weeks in a cool dry place.
